How to Request a Refund

Getting a refund is straightforward. We've streamlined the process to make it as simple as possible.

Our team reviews your request within 2 business days. We'll confirm your eligibility and process approved refunds immediately.

Refund Completion

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Processing Timeframes

We know you want clarity on when to expect your refund. Here's what you can expect for different payment methods.

Credit Card Refunds: 3-5 business days after approval

Bank Transfer Refunds: 5-7 business days after approval

Digital Wallet Refunds: 1-3 business days after approval

Refund Scenarios

Different situations call for different approaches. Here's how we handle various refund scenarios.

Early Withdrawal

If you withdraw within the first week, you receive a full refund minus any processing fees. After one week but within 30 days, refunds are prorated based on materials accessed.

Technical Problems

When technical issues prevent you from accessing your program, we first attempt to resolve the problem within 48 hours. If unsuccessful, you're eligible for a full refund.

Duplicate Purchases

Accidental duplicate enrollments are refunded in full once we verify the duplicate purchase. This usually happens within 24 hours of your request.

Non-Refundable Items

While we aim to be flexible, some items cannot be refunded due to their nature or our agreements with third parties.

Programs completed beyond 30 days: Once you've been enrolled for more than 30 days, refunds are not available except in cases of technical failure on our end.
Certification fees: Third-party certification costs cannot be refunded once the certification process has begun, as these fees are paid directly to certifying bodies.
Physical materials: Shipped workbooks or physical planning tools are non-refundable once delivered, though digital access portions may still qualify.

Important Notice

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Phone requests cannot be processed for security reasons. We typically respond to refund requests within one business day.
